My name is Ethan Sincoff and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Jacksonville, Florida, and working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with adolescents, adults, families, and couples, and specialize in anxiety, stress, depression, various issues such as self-esteem, adjusting to change, grief/loss, and trauma. I decided to become a therapist because I have always wanted to help people. I have always naturally been drawn to helping people through difficult times. I enjoy seeing individuals become the best versions of themselves. I believe in the spirit of the underdog and never giving up.
I use an eclectic mixture of therapeutic styles anchored in empathy and warmth. I also use a holistic approach that targets the whole person, not just the mental aspect but also the physical, emotional, spiritual, and social health.
I create a warm, open atmosphere where my clients can feel comfortable opening up and sharing their thoughts and fears. My clients feel a sense of unconditional positive regard and support. Clients that come to me can speak freely and express themselves openly in the style that they want.
