Our Team
Life can be tough. We all struggle from time to time with transitions, relationship issues, and insecurities. Sometimes these difficulties can make it seem convenient to let fear and pessimism take over. Within each of us, however, is a unique set of skills and talents. Our goal is to be here for you during the tough times, but also to help uncover the strengths within you. Even if your life circumstances are challenging, we believe there is always hope and a path forward. Each client has a unique story, and we offer an individualized approach.

I prioritize authentic connection with each of my clients. I am integrative, drawing from cognitive-behavioral and acceptance-based modalities to help clients build lives that are aligned with their values, rather than constrained by past experiences or diagnoses. I focus on helping my clients learn to respond to their thoughts and emotions with understanding and flexibility.

My goal is to meet people where they’re at along their journey with understanding and acceptance. Practicing independently since 2009, I have had the pleasure of working with people from all walks of life, backgrounds, and cultures. I believe therapy is a tool to cultivate meaningful change that allows us to live more fully in the present. I consider it a privilege to help others gain insight, find acceptance, and change unhelpful thinking patterns so they can feel more satisfied with life. In my approach, all personal goals are respected and valued. I believe everyone can be successful in their personal growth with the right tools.

I understand it takes a lot of courage to open up to the prospect of therapy, to uncover and take on personal challenges. I am focused on a client-oriented approach to understanding people as individuals, with various backgrounds and personal experiences. I recognize clients have diverse and unique visions, and my purpose is to be a facilitator of growth based on the client’s idea of physical, emotional, and mental well-being. I aim to help clients give voice to their experiences and work through present and past challenges using tailored interventions. I am informed by psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral theory.
