Life can bring challenges in terms of a person’s stage in life, societal pressures, unexpected life events, responsibilities, relationships, and the stories people tell themselves. Making the decision to seek help is a brave, monumental step in the process of healing. The therapeutic relationship is a significant agent of change, and I consider it foundational to the growth and healing of individuals. Each therapeutic relationship is unique, and forming the rapport acts as a roadmap to healing.
I provide individual and couples therapy. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming. I believe all patients are striving for wellness and therapy can provide the space and time to discover what each patient is needing to optimize his/her/their overall health.
My job as a therapist is to guide patients into discovering themselves, their aspirations, the sources of discomfort, and creating new meanings within their lives. I work with patients who are seeking guidance to make sense of their lives and find meanings in their identities, relationships, and outlook.
