I work with people on past hurts, trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. I have been certified with trauma work as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). I primarily use Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and mindfulness based approaches.
It takes courage to face life's pain and challenges. I will greet that courage with compassion and empathy.
