I help clients identify a source of wisdom and wellness within themselves. I share warmth, honest human connection, and my own experiential understanding of the mind from two decades of meditation practice. Anyone who is looking for a path out of suffering is welcome.
If you're experiencing anxiety, depression, major changes/transitions, grief, and a variety of other mental disorders, I may be able to help. I have a special interest in assisting with spiritual challenges and transformations. LGBTQIA folks are welcome! I am a level-1 graduate in Hakomi (a mindfulness-based somatic therapy) and intensively trained in DBT.
If things are hard, and you have even just a little hope, reach out to me :)
