I believe therapy should be more than teaching you to cope with your symptoms. My approach is focused on helping you experience long-lasting healing and growth. Trauma, unexpected events, and even our genetics can make life really difficult at times, but their effects don’t have to be permanent. Together, we will get to the root of whatever holds you back so that you can feel more like yourself again.
I work with children ages 10-17 and adults 18+. I am especially interested in helping people who experience anxiety, depression, restrictive eating, OCD & ADHD, religious/spiritual concerns, and behavioral issues. I value collaborating with individuals from all backgrounds on their journey toward greater health and wellbeing.
