My practice: General psychotherapy, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), psychedelic preparation and integration and Sport Psychology. I work collaboratively, addressing personal needs in a supportive environment essential to achieving relief, personal growth and overall wellbeing. I provide KAP and assist individuals in preparing for psychedelic journeys. We then work together to make sense of the experience, creating lasting changes in ones lifestyle, habits and relationships. I work with athletes of all levels on issues affecting performance and enjoyment of sport/fitness activities. I am licensed in California and Oregon.
Engaging in general psychotherapy and KAP, I address issues related to depression, anxiety, adjustment difficulties and overall wellbeing to create lasting change. I work with athletes to address coping with injury recovery, motivation, anxiety, anger management, adjustment difficulties, performance enhancement, time management, and athletic burnout.
My counseling style is interactive, empathetic and non-judgmental. I work from a person centered place in collaboration with clients to meet individual needs. I assist individuals in recognizing their own patterns of behavior that impact and cause distress in daily life and relationships, and discover new coping styles to improve quality of life.
