Life can get extremely complicated, hard, and painful. I’ve found two heads are better than one when it comes to your growth and healing. I enjoy employing a larger team sometimes: I can offer my therapy dog, Solas. I can also provide equestrian sessions where you can engage with horses in a therapeutic setting. Whether you are coming in as a couple, individual or a family - I can help you navigate a variety of issues such as: anxiety, depression, conflict, boundaries, spirituality, sexual abuse, men’s issues, self esteem, and emotional regulation.
I am trained in two forms of trauma therapy: EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy), and I have a background in EFT for couples (Emotionally Focused therapy).
When I am not doing therapy, I am working with my hands by welding, blade smithing, woodworking, and doing leather work. I also am a vocalist and play several instruments in my spare time to relax. I look forward to coming alongside you in your journey to healing.
