My assistance works best when you are open and willing to make change in your life. I have been in the human services field for going on 30 years. With this vast experience I will assist you in reclaiming the peace of mind and balance you are looking for. I have worked extensively with couples, individuals, youth age 16 and up, and the elderly. If you have been wanting someone to talk with and have them listen deeply and sincerely I am here to help.
I will meet you where you are at. I come to counseling without an agenda on how to work with you. My goal is to help you find your own solutions. I will support you in that process. I have experience working in areas such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family dynamics, mood issues and trauma. Let’s see if we are a good therapeutic fit.
I offer a free brief telephone screening upon request to see if we want to meet for an initial appointment. This helps us get to know each other better and decide if we both feel comfortable moving forward to having a first session. I provide in person, online video and phone counseling as needed.
