At Eternal Renewal Counseling (ERC), we offer a neuroscience-informed, integrative treatment model that combines EMDR, body-based therapies, therapeutic respites, and purpose-centered psychology to help individuals move beyond survival into meaningful, connected living.

We specialize in helping high-functioning adults resolve anxiety, trauma, grief, and emotional disconnection through a clinically grounded, whole-person approach. Our work is structured, personalized, and intentionally limited to ensure depth of care.
Traditional therapy often focuses only on the mind. But research shows trauma lives in the brain, nervous system, and body so healing requires addressing all three. ERC’s model integrates: EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) as our core trauma therapy, body-based and somatic practices to regulate the nervous system, and therapeutic respite
