It provides individuals participating with a summary of core concepts, a workbook and worksheets to complete homework assignments. The concepts and skills presented in the anger management group are best learned by practice and review and by completing the homework assignments. It will help you develop the skills that are necessary to successfully manage anger. Court approved. Also available: Individual sessions, starting at $50/session.
