I am Esther M. Williams, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (LCSW, CCTP) with over 30 years of clinical practice. I have a unique calling to serve others with dignity and respect. Helping adults and couples gain insight and become better versions of themselves is a vital part of my clinical practice. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, and major life transitions. I completed my Master’s degree in Social Work at the University of Pennsylvania School of Social Policy and Practice.
I come to Thriveworks as a "seasoned" practitioner with an extensive history in the Behavioral Healthcare industry. I utilize multiple treatment approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, motivational interviewing (MI), and solutions-focused therapy (SFT).
