I am a psychologist at McLean Hospital and a Lecturer of Psychology at Harvard Medical School with expertise in treating children, adolescents, and adults with anxiety, depression, OCD, phobias, ADHD, and borderline personality disorder. I strive to be warm and validating, while tailoring scientifically-supported treatments to each person.
I am extensively trained in empirically-supported treatments, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). I also have particular experience in working with Asian/Asian-American individuals in individual and family therapy, especially related to identity and family conflict.
At this time, I am providing CBT, ERP, and DBT-informed treatment. I provide individual therapy for children over age 8, adolescents, and adults, as well as family therapy and parent coaching.
