I truely believe there is meaning and value to everyone's personal journey in life. As a therapist, one of my main goals in therapy is to restore hope and work towards healing. Furthermore, I strive to support my clients in discovering their unique strengths and exploring how those strengths can be utilized to assist them in working through difficult times. My clients can expect to enter a positive therapeutic atmosphere that will provide them with the opportunity to grow, become self-aware, create changes, and ultimately discover their true selves.

I provide therapy based on the idea that every client is unique in who they are as a person and what their specific needs are. Taking this into consideration, my therapeutic approach is sensitive to individuals culture and to their personal values and beliefs.

I specialize in working with individuals, couples and families who may be facing a wide variety of challenges including: depression, anxiety or relationship issues. A quote I take to heart is "what you seek is seeking you" - Rumi. I look forward to walking with you in your journey towards healing.

Esther Qasem's Groups

Anxiety and Depression Support Group

The goal of an anxiety and depression support group is to impart practical tools and coping strategies that will assist members to live to their potential and to reduce their symptoms of anxiety and depression. This is done in a supportive and caring environment in which members both give and receive support with each other who might be in the same situation. Given shame and stigma and isolation felt by many individuals who suffer from depression and anxiety, this group could be a supportive place for members to find acceptance and validation.
