Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in unhealthy dynamics.
I work with children, teens, and young adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, and family conflict. Many of my clients want to feel more in control of their thoughts, improve their relationships, and better understand themselves. I also have experience supporting clients through higher-risk situations, including suicidal ideation and self-harming behaviors.
Together, we focus on helping you build insight, strengthen coping skills, and develop healthier patterns so you can move forward with more confidence and stability.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I use evidence-based techniques, including CBT, to help you understand patterns, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and build effective coping skills. Each session is tailored to your needs so you can make meaningful, realistic changes in your daily life.
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you’ve had a negative experience before. You deserve to feel heard and supported. My goal is to help you feel less alone while giving you tools you can use outside of sessions. When you’re ready, I’m here to help you take that next step.
