Thank you for your interest in my practice. Rather than offering a space to "talk things out" I am actively involved in structuring your treatment process. I will guide you to understand und recognize behavior, thought and coping patterns that maintain your difficulties so that you may begin to see alternative and new ways of dealing with and responding to yourself as well as the people around you. I see your active involvement with your psychotherapy process as essential and I strive toward developing a meaningful collaboration that allows for a producive and satisfying process.
My work is based on traditional treatment philosophies and innovative, yet scientifically validated treatment approaches designed to produce comprehensive and lasting change within a reasonable time frame. There is no charge for our initial session if you decide not to work with me thereafter.
I have worked with a broad spectrum of people from a variety of different cultural backgrounds who needed assistance with individual issues, their family members, and with the environment they work and socialize in. I have training and expertise on a wide variety of issues, traumas and disorders.
