I offer trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming therapy grounded primarily in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). My work focuses on emotion regulation, reducing suffering, and helping clients make values-based changes that are realistic and sustainable. I work collaboratively and tailor therapy to your goals and pace.
