Part of being human means creating balance as you navigate the curveballs of life. Therapy with me means we meet you where you are and you are at the helm of your healing journey. I believe you are your own healer and already possess the wisdom you need to make the best decision for you. Sometimes that looks like slowing down and taking a pause to look backwards in order to move forward. Other times it looks like learning to make space around your anxious thoughts and feelings to actively practice control over them instead of letting them control you.
In each interaction I seek to be anti: racist, sexist, fatphobic, transphobic, ableist, and capitalist to unlearn and reconnect the pieces of ourselves that we’ve had to utilize or forgo in order to survive - to get each person to a place where they can thrive. Together, we explore what makes you authentically you and work to bolster your unique strengths.
I hope to be able to walk this journey with you and co-create a safe space for you to be courageously vulnerable.
