Heya! I'm Esther, a mental health counselor who's a little outside the box. I sprinkle humor, sass, and probably several curse words into my sessions. I am authentic, so you can feel at home being yourself, or at least feel comfortable working toward being your best self. Together, we will work on understanding you. This means learning to better understand and manage your emotions, exploring healthier ways to cope, improving how you communicate, increasing your positive thoughts and feelings about yourself, and becoming more resilient.
Whether you are struggling with a life transition, trying to understand your ADHD, wanting to work through trauma, or longing to feel some relief from anxiety or depression, I've got you! I strive to create a non-judgmental, empathetic, collaborative, and supportive environment where you can feel safe to explore life's challenges.
