About
Every stage of life comes with unique challenges. Navigating those challenges can be overwhelming and feel daunting. Maybe you are a parent who has done everything you can to help your teenager but it feels like nothing is working, they are still suffering. Or perhaps you are an adult who is struggling with grief, anxiety, depression or past traumas that are negatively impacting various aspect of your life. There is hope! Healing and growth are possible, and I would love to help.
Together, we will work to develop greater insight, increase self-acceptance, learn coping & self-regulation skills. You will be equipped with the tools you need to overcome past, present & future challenges whatever they may be. This is all done though the therapeutic relationship and the use of CBT, EMDR, DBT and Solution Focused therapies.
Asking for help & support often feels intimidating but is a courageous step on the path to healing, change & success. I consider it an honor when clients choose me to help them on their path. At Spruce Counseling my purpose is to help teens and adults grow, heal & thrive.
