I work with adults and adolescents who carry a lot on their shoulders— people who often feel unseen, overextended, or pressured to stay strong when they’re struggling. My therapeutic style is grounded in "human first, therapist second" — I show up as myself, using warmth, humor, and directness to help you explore the parts of your life that feel heavy, complicated, or stuck. By modeling authenticity, I help my clients build the courage to practice vulnerability — unlocking connection, resilience, and healing.
I specialize in anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship struggles, identity concerns, trauma, cultural and family expectations, and perfectionism. I work from a person-centered and trauma-informed lens mostly drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Reality Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.
