My work is rooted in a deep belief that healing happens when people feel genuinely safe, understood, and met where they are. Drawing on my background in social work and child and family welfare, I bring both clinical skill and warmth to my work with children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating complex life circumstances. My approach is trauma-informed and strength-based, meaning I attend not only to the challenges my clients are facing, but also to the resilience, insight, and capacity they already carry within them. I've worked alongside families navigating crisis, complex family circumstances, and difficult transitions.
In session, I draw on CBT and DBT alongside a relational approach that honors each person's story. I support clients in building emotional regulation, communication, and coping skills, while also exploring the deeper patterns shaping how they feel and relate. I work with children, teens, adults, and families facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and more.
