I have over 13 years of experience working with individuals and groups in both outpatient and inpatient mental health centers. My practice offers individual psychotherapy as well as EMDR Consultation services for clinicians who have completed EMDR Basic Training.
As a certified EMDR therapist, I support people experiencing the impact of trauma, individuals going through difficult seasons of change, and helping professionals experiencing vicarious trauma. In addition to EMDR, I use a blend of psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, and skills based approaches to therapy.
