With over 30 years of experience helping couples, families and adults understand and change the relationship issues that are preventing them for having richer and more satisfying lives, I welcome the opportunity to partner with them on their personal journeys. I encourage the inborn capacity we all have for fearless self examination and believe that everyone can change.
My work is rooted in years of exposure to the range of human experiences including addiction, mental health crises, marital tensions, trauma history and parenting challenges. I work with a strong framework of family and couple’s training and bring an array of theoretical positions to our encounters.
