Do you need support navigating through the many stages, changes and challenges of your child's development? I am passionate about supporting children, teens and families navigate through the challenges of their social/emotional development. My background in mental health and early childhood education allows me to help children and teens who struggle with anxiety, self-regulation, anger, depression, special needs, challenging behavior, self-esteem issues, and trauma. I use play therapy to help children express their needs and resolve their challenges when words are difficult. Play therapy is a child's natural way of communicating.
Esther has a Masters in Counseling Marriage Family and Child Therapy. She is a "Certified Positive Discipline Parent" and prior Classroom Educator. She is currently a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor. Esther supervisors and supports the Murrieta team at Grow Through Life Counseling by providing collaborative supervision and leadership to the team.
Esther looks forward to supporting your child and family acquire new skills and tools to help you build a relationship of mutual respect, effective communication, encouragement, and growth. Now offering Telehealth too. Grow Through Life is a group has a team approach and can accommodate the needs of multiple family members in coordinated care.
