Unlike traditional forms of therapy that focus on changing coping strategies and can require extensive and time consuming work on the clients end, I use Parts and Memory Therapy, a form of neuropsychotherapy that focuses on deeper healing by integrating memory reconsolidation, parts of the self ie- anger, sad, fear, happy parts, and inner child work to address the root cause of distress.
