I’m Dr. Esther Arnerys Solano, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, a U.S. military veteran and former military mental health provider. I created EverGrace Psychological Services out of the belief that people can heal and grow in every season of life—even after trauma, loss, or significant transition. The name EverGrace reflects two guiding ideas in my work: the resilience of evergreen trees that endure through all seasons, and the sustaining power of grace through life’s challenges. I am licensed in Virginia and Washington, D.C., and offer telehealth sessions.
I specialize in trauma-focused, evidence-based therapy, and I work with concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, and sleep difficulties. I have extensive experience working with service members and veterans, and I also provide care in Spanish, with Christian-informed therapy available for those who desire it.
In therapy, my goal is to help individuals not only recover, but develop the strength and clarity to thrive, regardless of where they find themselves. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in clinical excellence—honoring each person’s story while supporting meaningful, lasting change.
