I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in Idaho and Oregon. I use a wide range of treatment methods depending on the individual client's needs, however I primarily provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), mind-body techniques, and mindfulness/self-compassion training.
My mission is to support my clients in their individual journey of growth. I'm committed to creating a safe space when providing therapy.
