I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 6 years of experience supporting individuals, children, and families in community and clinical settings. My background includes helping clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and relationship struggles. I enjoy working with people who feel ready for change but may feel uncertain about where to start. I focus on helping clients identify their needs, develop healthy coping tools, and move toward goals of healing, growth, and a more balanced and fulfilling life.
I earned my Master’s in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling from Wichita State University. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, grounded in evidence-based practices.
