I fell in love with Neuroscience because the brain is a dynamic organism that can heal itself we have to get out of the way and allow it to heal using simple yet powerful neuroscience techniques. Our brain is like a filling cabinet when we experience a traumatic event it gets stored to the wrong cabinet neuro rewiring will store it to the right cabinet.
1 hr of therapy is not enough to create lasting healing we must learn to be good Stewarts of our mental health through daily reflective practices. I want to teach you neuroscience techniques to use daily to manage emotions, heal and break generational curses of trauma.
