Announcement icon I am offering tele-therapy through video or phone to new and existing clients. I am a provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield.
I am a licensed NYS Clinical Psychologist. My goal is to help people achieve fulfillment in their lives. Feelings of dissatisfaction, lack of control, and self-doubt are difficult to cope with. Recognizing that these feelings frequently result in anxiety led me to develop an expertise in treating anxiety disorders. I will offer you help if you feel that anxiety has become an obstacle to leading a happy life. In addition, I specialize in the treatment of depression, personality disorders, trauma, eating disorders, addictions, infertility, and ADHD. My intention is to offer you a warm therapeutic environment and help you make the changes you desire.
I am a strong believer that our upbringing has a tremendous impact on our relationships throughout life. My extensive research focused on relationship issues, romantic jealousy, and infidelity. In addition, I conducted research in the area of Postpartum Depression, which was published in the Journal of Group Psychotherapy.
I work with children, adults, couples, and families utilizing individualized approach to treatment. When necessary, I administer psychological testing, which frequently helps guide treatment. I offer services in both English and Russian languages. My goal is to help you develop a better understanding of yourself and to bring about lasting emotional and behavioral change.
