When I see patterns, I address them with the client. I look at every area of the client, allowing them to see what can be worked on to improve their quality of life.
I will help you overcome unrealistic thought patterns, help address communication patterns to allow you to create healthier boundaries and reconnect to your loved ones, and help you learn where these behaviors occurred and how to respond differently.
