Estelle I Krumholz
Clinical Social Work/Therapist, MSW, LCSW, CEAP, LMFT, LLC
Many people feel the need for professional help at some time in their lives. I am a psychotherapist who works with adults, adolescents, couples and families. Depending on your needs, we can tackle a particular issue or problem or work intensively on patterns of relationships that impinge on the overall quality of your life. Some of the issues we can work on together include: self-esteem, relationships, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, fears and phobias, work-related stress, alcohol/drug abuse, marital discontent, parent-child conflict, divorce, bereavement, traumatic life occurrences, transitioning life events and problems associated with aging.
I am a faculty member at The Center for Psyhotherapy and Psychoanalysis of New Jersey. My interventions are tailored to the needs of my patients. My philosophy of psychotherapy is to foster individual emotional growth by loosening the bonds of the past in order to create new possibilities in the pesent.
I have over thirty years experience. My advanced training sharpened my ability to work with patients with various problems. Most persons report feeling higher self-esteem and more confidant through therapy. I am NJ and NY Board Licensed in Clinical Social Work; NJ Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist; Certified Psychotherapist and Psychoanalyst; Certified Employee Assistance Professional.
