If you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or wish to improve communication and connection, I can help. I work with adults, couples & families to help identify negative patterns, facilitate healing, rebuild trust & intimacy, and restore relational trauma & somatic repair. I also support intercultural and interracial couples in navigating cultural differences and family dynamics.
As a Level 2 Restoration therapist, I believe that true connection happens when we heal the heart & mind. To support this, I integrate Brainspotting - a compassionate, trauma-informed approach that helps release emotional pain stored in the body that talk therapy might miss. By healing these hidden wounds from the past, we create room for new trust & hope.
I also offer short-term intensives for couples and families (two days, 8 hours total + one 50-minute booster session) and Korean-language therapy. All traumas are the state of disconnection. I am committed to your healing journey; if my expertise is not the right match for your goals, I will gladly provide referrals to my network of local specialists.
