I help couples and families recognize negative cycles and resolve conflicts so that they can heal, rebuild trust & intimacy, and restore relationships. Together, we will explore how one's past traumas and emotional wounds impact current relationships, restore connections & support systems, and reclaim a life of love, hope & safety.
As a certified Restoration Therapist, I create safe space for processing thoughts and feelings, identifying barriers, and gaining practical coping skills. I am also certified in Brainspotting, trauma-informed treatment, which helps target traumas in the brain and allows for deeper processing of emotional pain and family-of-origin trauma.
In addition to long-term treatment, I also provide therapeutic services in Korean and short-term intensive therapy.
