Are you struggling to find yourself? Asking for help can be hard when life is full of complex experiences. I am here to lead with empathy and compassion, and to open a space where you can show up any way you can. I will meet you where you are, and together explore how we get to where you want to be. I take a holistic and trauma-informed approach where I create a space where you can feel seen, heard, empowered, and nurtured in this healing journey. As a Queer Latina woman of color, I know how it can feel dealing with the consequences of systemic barriers and trauma.
I have a concentration in Latinx Mental Health, where I have been able to learn the effects of racism, oppression, and discrimination on BIPOC communities. I aim to create a space where these experiences are essential to recognize. I have a particular passion for working with marginalized communities and adolescents.
I bring in a warm and empathetic environment. I aim to create a non-judgmental space where your authenticity and experiences are welcome. Life can get heavy to carry on alone; asking for help is the true strength and shows you are already taking the first step of recognizing it.
