I work with adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship challenges, grief, life transitions, trauma, and identity. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, disconnected from themselves, or caught in patterns they no longer want to repeat. Together, we slow things down, make sense of what's happening beneath the surface, and build greater self-awareness, emotional flexibility, and healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.
My approach is collaborative, direct, and compassionate. Drawing from relational, family systems, and evidence-based approaches, I tailor therapy to each person rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all model. I offer therapy in both English and Spanish and strive to create an affirming, culturally responsive space.
Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and you don't have to have everything figured out before you begin. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply curious about yourself, we'll move at a pace that feels intentional and supportive. I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
