Every person has unique characteristics and preferences that make some therapeutic approaches better for them than other approaches. I approach individuals and their needs from a holistic point of view with the goal of creating a safe and productive environment for the individual.
I believe helping others is my calling in life. I am a firm believer in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. With empathy and compassion, my goal is to help individuals see how their thinking affects all areas of their life, and by changing/challenging negative thoughts, acceptance, and finding solutions, they can be transformed and become their best self.
