I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor (LCMHC) in North Carolina with over 9 years of experience working as a psychotherapist and readjustment counselor. I have worked with adult and senior-aged clients experiencing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, grief/loss, life challenges, and end-of-life issues.

As a therapist, I strongly believe in education. Before introducing any therapeutic approach, I will fully explain the process to you and encourage you to do some research so that if you have any questions, I can answer them upfront.
