You might have sat through couple’s sessions that left you feeling unseen or cycled through the same painful conversations that never seem to change. It’s exhausting to keep showing up and not see the shift you’re longing for. You want connection, peace, maybe even relief—but it feels out of reach.

I specialize in working with couples who have realized that traditional approaches aren’t cutting it. Together, we’ll slow things down, get curious about the patterns beneath the surface, and start finding ways to rebuild trust, safety, and intimacy that actually fit you. Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all—it’s personal, sometimes messy, and always possible.

Alongside couple’s work, I also work with individuals who have experienced trauma. Whether the wounds are recent or long buried, we’ll work on what’s been too heavy to hold alone. My role is to help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that already know how to heal. If you’re feeling hopeless, I understand and would be honored to guide you to healing.

We’ll trade the therapy couch for the open air of Bali. This group experience invites individuals and couples to explore growth through connection, curiosity, and adventure. You will engage in guided discussions, mindfulness practices, and experiential learning woven through the rhythms of travel. We’ll share meals visit sacred temples, and participate in cultural activities that remind us how healing expands when we step beyond routine.
