About
Life is messy, but what would happen if we allowed ourselves to embrace the mess? I'm Meg Decker (she/her), a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who works with adults of all ages. Many of my clients come to therapy to address issues related to anxiety, life transitions, grief and loss, prenatal and postpartum challenges, and issues related to self-worth. I am particularly passionate about serving young women (18 -29) as they navigate the struggles of entering adulthood, relationships, and the everyday stresses of life.
Practicing from a cultural-relational framework, the foundation of my approach emphasizes the power of cultivating a meaningful and collaborative therapeutic relationship in order to create connection and make change.
If you are reading this and stuck in life's mess, you're not alone. You're not a failure. You ARE worthy of support. You DESERVE to feel better. Embrace the mess. To learn more about me and my approach, go to our Essential Insights Counseling Center website. There, you can schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation.
