I am accepting clients that work in professional services such as Mental Health, Legal Systems, Healthcare Systems, Education, etc... My client may have difficulties adjusting to to life transitions or have difficulties managing stress overall. My client may feel underappreciated and undercompensated with work/life demand and need support through different life transitions. My client may be experiencing active mental health symptoms impacting their ability to function at home, on the job, and/or in the community. Lastly, my clients want to feel supported by someone who works in the professional field and values self-care.
I have 24yrs of mental health experience working with diverse populations. I specialize in Anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, stress management, effective communication, social skill building, problem solving/conflict resolution skills, behavioral modification & parenting, transitional correctional counseling, and life transitions.
As a professional, I understand the difficulty adjusting to our new normal and I am here to support you in your journey. I am currently providing in office and tele-counseling services meeting the need of my clients where they are. Each session is provided with your privacy and comfort as priority.

This 8 session life coaching group offered to women 18+ was created for the purpose of helping you understand you matter and how to accomplish self-care goals.
