Hi there! My name is Carly and thank you for taking the time to inquire. I became a social worker because I wanted to help people to work through their most vulnerable, raw life experiences. I would love to get to know you and empower you amongst your therapeutic journey.
I utilize both CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) in my work with clients. I also have a wide range of experience with utilizing narrative therapy and the family systems model. I take a strengths-based perspective in every client I meet and strive to support others in growing within their strengths.
I have experience working with children, young adults, older adults, couples, and families. I am a strong advocate for trauma-informed care while holding a certificate in trauma-informed practice and supporting others through an empathetic, nurturing approach to promote emotional healing.
