The ideal client may be nervous but is open to collaboration of self exploration. It is important to understand that the journey we grow through will require work, which can be uncomfortable at times. Maybe they've experienced difficulty communicating in relationships and connecting with others, or trying to figure out how to be secure within themselves. My goal is to create a safe space to explore and develop prosocial skills, coping skills/ grief, relationship building, exploration (including self esteem) and emotional regulation.
Through my work, I provide a safe space where Black and Brown individuals, couples, families and children can explore and heal. By using an integrative approach and evidence-based interventions, I encourage self-reflection and deep understanding through trial and error.
