As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I provide support to individuals and couples in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Virginia, and Florida.
My approach is rooted in attachment theory, and I integrate evidence-based methods such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), (ACT), (CBT), the Gottman Method, and Relational Life Therapy (RLT). I take an active role in sessions, incorporating psychoeducation to deepen insight and facilitate change. Additionally, I offer Brainspotting to help process trauma.
