My name is Esmeralda Chavez, and I am a licensed therapist who resides in California. I believe that the therapeutic approaches are tailored to the needs of each client and unit. My focus of practice is on trauma, depression, and transitions in life. The most common theoretical approach I use are CBT and TF-CBT.
I offer a safe and comfortable environment. The study of the mind has always been an interest of mine. Therefore, studying the function of the mind and helping others understand how their challenges have come about enforces my love for the psychology field.
