| Español Therapy is a space where you can deepen your understanding of yourself, your experiences, and the context in which you live. It will serve as a space where you can process and reflect on these insights one step at a time. At the root of our work will be collaboration, compassion, non-judgmental space, and a strengths-based approach to support you as you navigate your life’s journey. My clinical perspective is grounded in a holistic and multicultural framework (considering the mind, body, spirit, community, and culture) while acknowledging the impact systemic inequality can have on an individual’s everyday experiences.
I have experience in serving BIPOC and immigrant communities with an emphasis on working with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, acculturative stress, grief, and life transitions (in English and Spanish). I utilize different evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and other frameworks to support your healing.
