Groups
Healing Sexual Trauma
This is a virtual group experience for women who are wanting to heal sexual trauma and reclaim their right to sexual pleasure and enjoyment. In this group you will learn how to let go of shame, become more in touch with your body's wants and needs, address dissociation with a trigger plan, and communicate more effectively with a sexual partner. The group will meet Thursdays 6pm-7:15pm. 50$ per group session.
