Waitlist only. I strive to create a therapeutic environment where you feel comfortable expressing whatever is on your mind without fear of judgment. I believe that you are the expert in your own healing, and I will work collaboratively with you to identify and reach your treatment goals. I use approaches that have been scientifically researched and found to be effective, including EMDR and somatic and mindfulness-based interventions. I will work with you to ensure that you are not in therapy longer than is necessary to reach your treatment goals.
I specialize in helping individuals struggling with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, relational conflict, intimacy concerns and other issues pertaining to sexuality and gender. With couples, I use an evidence-based approach called Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which draws on attachment theory and the science of emotions.
Additionally, I am a certified sex therapist through the Sexual Health Alliance and am trained to help individuals and couples address sexual issues and increase their capacity for pleasure, intimacy, and connection. I enjoy working with all genders and ages over 14. No matter what brings you to therapy, I am here to help you on your healing journey.

Groups
Healing Sexual Trauma
This is a virtual group experience for women who are wanting to heal sexual trauma and reclaim their right to sexual pleasure and enjoyment. In this group you will learn how to let go of shame, become more in touch with your body's wants and needs, address dissociation with a trigger plan, and communicate more effectively with a sexual partner. The group will meet Thursdays 6pm-7:15pm. 50$ per group session.
