For over 25 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals as they navigate some of life’s most challenging transitions, whether it's the quiet weight of depression, the urgency of anxiety, the pain of infertility or divorce, or the disorientation that comes with grief or career loss. I offer a therapeutic space that is nonjudgmental, and deeply respectful of each person’s unique story. I believe that meaningful change happens when we feel safe enough to explore our internal world with honesty and curiosity. Therapy is not just about managing symptoms, it’s about reconnecting with your sense of purpose and possibilities.
My role as a therapist is to help facilitate a healing moment. My goal is to walk alongside you—not to “fix,” but to help you rediscover the resilience, clarity, and strength that already exist within you. I emphasize a systemic and relational perspectives, solution focused as well as a cognitive behavioral treatment approaches.
