Let's work together to create a space that allows you to become your most authentic self. I typically work with teens and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, traumatic events, people in the LGBTQIA+ community, exploring their sexuality and/or gender, relationship/familial dysfunction, people pleasing behaviors, minority stress, self-esteem concerns, shame, distress related to being neurodivergent, as well as life transitions. I have a passion for working with neuroqueer individuals who are working to "unmask." I also offer trauma-informed, kink- and poly-affirming sex therapy for individuals and relationships/couples!

Through humanistic/person-centered techniques, using ACT and feminist theory, I will approach your issues to best fit your needs in order to meet your therapeutic goals. I'm here to offer you a nonjudgemental, affirming, & trauma-informed perspective so that you are comfortable in the therapeutic setting. Providing an affirming and safe space is my priority.

Building Connections Neuroqueer Support Group

This group is for people who identify as "Neuroqueer" (Neurodivergent and a part of the LGBTGEQIAP+ community), and are ages 18+. We will be meeting virtually for clients to be able to hold space for each other and support one another while discussing topics like academics, workload, self-discovery, being a queer person in America (and in the South), dysfunctional relationships, dating, learning how to "unmask" as an adult, and so much more! Our group currently meets on the first Tuesday of the month at 5:30PM, but I may open availability for another group depending on interest.
