Dr. Eryn Michaud is a psychotherapist, educator, group facilitator, published writer and the Clinical Director for Alpine Integrated Wellness. She brings a holistic approach to her work integrating her understanding of the psychophysiology of trauma, attachment theory, and spirituality. She has over a decade of experience working with adults, children, adolescents, couples, and families.
Dr. Michaud earned her Master's degree in Integral Counseling Psychology and her PhD in Clinical Psychology. In addition to this she integrates a vast array of post graduate training in various modalities including Peter Levine’s Somatic Experiencing, and Diane Poole Hellar’s Dynamic Attachment Repatterning.
Her additional training includes Stan Tatkin's Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy, Meditation, Yoga, and Eastern Wisdom Traditions. In addition to seeing clients in her private practice in Ketchum, Idaho she is also available for video and phone sessions.
